BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile Portal for Employees

can be used as:

  • A remote, low-cost system for registering and accounting for working hours using smartphones and personal computers
    (without the need to purchase traditional time recorders / requires the purchase of BIOFINGER/SW software)

    •       or

  • can be an excellent complement to the traditional time registration system BIOFINGER-T&A using stationary time recorders.

After implementing the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal, all or selected field or delegated employees registered in the BIOFINGER-T&A system using any device with Internet access (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or PC) through any web browser, will be able to register 6 T&A statuses:

  • Start working hours

  • End working hours

  • Business out

  • Business return

  • Private out

  • Private return

In practice, it means that an employee logs into the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal using a smartphone and starts the working time while handling business matters outside the company, and then at the company ends the working time using a traditional time recorder, or any other combination of T&A status registration can occur. Then, the person calculating the working time in the BIOFINGER/SW program will have reliable records of a given employee (along with location – GPS coordinates) and will not have to manually enter the missing working time records into the BIOFINGER-T&A system.
By clicking the GPS Coordinates link, the BIOFINGER/SW program will open Google Maps using the default web browser and point to the location of the registered T&A status.

The BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal is available in two versions:

  • Basic version

  • Extended PRO version

Summary of the capabilities of the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal in the basic version:

  • Ability to remotely register 6 T&A statuses: start/end working hours, business out/return, and private out/return.

  • No presentation of the last T&A status registered on the traditional time recorder.

  • No presentation of employee working time statistics.



Summary of the capabilities of the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile PRO portal in the extended version:

  • A special algorithm supervises the process of registering 6 T&A statuses (start/end working hours, business out/return, and private out/return). The employee will not make an error when choosing the T&A status.

  • Presentation of the last T&A status registered on the traditional time recorder.

  • Presentation of employee working time statistics for a given day, the current month, and the previous month, taking into account business and private outs.

  • Free updates covering the extended version.



Access to the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile and BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile PRO portal can be purchased for any number of employees registered in the BIOFINGER-T&A system  »  even for one person.

Terms of Service for the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile Portal

1. The billing period for access to the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal starts from the moment of booking the first payment from the first day of the next month.
2. Novo Capital Investment Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for possible delays in the implementation of the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal at the request of our Clients.
3. Non-payment for the next billing month on time will result in the deactivation of the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal service.
4. Increasing or decreasing the number of employees who are to have access to the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal occurs on the day the billing period falls.
Otherwise, a full monthly charge will be applied for additional employees, regardless of when the next billing period begins.

Requirements for the Proper Functioning of the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile Portal:

1. Having the BIOFINGER/SW software from version 1.449.2023.1220.
If not, you need to purchase an update of the BIOFINGER/SW program to the latest version.
2. For the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile PRO extended version, it is necessary to have a server with a Windows operating system.
3. Stable Internet access for mobile devices and the computer on which the BIOFINGER/SW program is installed.
4. Enabling GPS location on the mobile device for the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal in the web browser.
Denial of enabling GPS location will result in the inability to register the appropriate T&A status. Re-enabling GPS location requires individual actions in the used web browser.
5. An appropriate web browser (e.g., Chrome, FireFox, Edge, or Safari), which technically enables GPS location.
The accuracy of GPS location may vary depending on the used web browser. Browsers: Chrome, FireFox, Edge, and Safari generate GPS location data within a radius of approximately 50 meters, that is, relatively accurately.
6. Novo Capital Investment Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the incorrect operation of the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal in the case of:
6.1. Internet access problems on mobile devices.
6.2. Internet access problems on the computer on which the BIOFINGER/SW program is installed.
6.3. Employee refusal to enable GPS location on the mobile device for the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal.
6.4. Inaccuracies of web browsers in generating GPS location data.
6.5. Possible mistakes made by employees in registering incorrect T&A statuses in the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal.

History of Updates for the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile Portal

All updates of the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal in both the basic and extended PRO versions are free of charge.

To activate the latest version of the BIOFINGER-T&A/Mobile portal in the basic or extended PRO version, the following steps described in the Quick Support section must be performed:
