To meet the needs and expectations of our Customers, we have expanded our company's offer with professional electronic - hidden/invisible furniture locks for cards or RFID proximity key fobs for drawers and cabinets, as well as magnetic locks with external panels for fronts and furniture made of any material (metal, aluminum or glass).
Electronic invisible RFID furniture locks can be installed in any drawer or cabinet that should only be accessible by selected individuals. Up to 30 users can be registered for each coded lock.
Our company Novo Capital Investment Sp. z o.o., specializes in the production and distribution of professional invisible RFID furniture locks for Central, Western, Northern, and Eastern Europe. Our main warehouse is located in Gdansk, Poland.
The manufacturer of hidden/invisible RFID furniture locks is the renowned company KERONG, which has specialized since 2002 in the production of a wide range of professional electronic security systems for drawers, cabinets made from wood, plastic, and metal of rectangular shapes, as well as all types of single and double-door glass showcases.
The offered products are not 'NoName' furniture locks with reduced quality of servo drive and electronics, which are available for sale on Aliexpress with shipping from China.
Since July 2022, production of electronic RFID cabinet and drawer locks is carried out under our own BIO-S brand.
Below we present the main differences between similarly looking cheaper electronic furniture locks and professional furniture locks offered by our company:
Difference in the quality of the lock housing. The lock housing looks similar, but the material of the cheaper lock is made only from ABS, whereas our products are made from ABS + PC, which ensures significantly longer durability and hardness of the housing.
In the corners of the housing of our furniture locks, there are four zinc alloy castings, which improve housing stability and lock durability.
In our furniture locks, the element with a hook hole is made from stainless steel.
In our furniture locks, the electronic PCB has more electronics, and the detection switch we use is from the professional Japanese brand Omron, which achieves a lifespan of up to 500,000 cycles.
Our furniture locks have all necessary CE, FCC, RoHS, and IAF certificates, which allow legal sale within the European Union. Cheaper locks do not even have a CE certificate.
We are the only ones offering 24 months warranty on all electronic furniture locks for drawers, cabinets, showcases, and doors, except for the cheap lock BIO-S8080A.
It applies to cabinet and drawer locks from the series: BIO-S61A, BIO-S80A, BIO-S8080A, BIO-S90A, and BIO-S123A.
When using/opening the furniture lock, if the voltage level drops below 4.5V (for BIO-S61A below 2.5V), the electronic furniture lock will emit a double 'di di' beep and the blue LED will light up. The furniture lock will still work, meaning the latch can still be closed.
When using/opening the furniture lock, if the voltage level drops below 4.0V (for BIO-S61A below 2.0V), the furniture lock will remain open (the latch cannot be closed).
Important!
In the case of complete battery discharge, the electronic furniture lock will remain closed. We invite you to the FAQ section on what to do in such a situation.
For each purchased electronic furniture lock, only new batteries from a reputable manufacturer, such as Industrial by Duracell, should be inserted.
For safety purposes, it is recommended to periodically replace the batteries with new ones. This is a very individual matter, but depending on the frequency of use of the furniture lock, for example, once every 3 months.
Alternatively, any RFID electronic furniture lock can be powered by an additional USB 6VDC/2A power supply (1m cable with micro USB, USB type C, or DC 3.25/3.5mm connector). On the FAQ page in the Power Supply of Invisible RFID Furniture Locks section, item 2.5 provides information on how to power multiple electronic furniture locks from a single power supply.
Self-installation of electronic furniture locks does not require milling. A small drill and a screwdriver are needed to drill holes. An experienced installer or carpenter can install the invisible furniture lock in less than 30 minutes.

Each invisible cabinet lock available in our offer can be ordered with an additional external panel mounted on the fronts of the furniture. This significantly expands the functionality of the device and improves ergonomics. An invisible drawer or cabinet lock equipped with a panel has additional authorization options:
via biometrics - based on fingerprint
via entered PIN code
The panel can be easily mounted on thick wooden furniture fronts as well as fronts made of metal. This allows invisible drawer locks to also be operated without RFID cards and fobs.
The front panels available in our offer are characterized by a modern, interesting aesthetic, and their solid appearance deters potential thieves. In case of battery depletion, the invisible drawer lock remains closed until the next authorization after connecting to an external power source via the panel.

register all or selected User cards and key fobs to each furniture lock

Each invisible drawer and cabinet lock available in our offer can operate in 3 different modes: public, restricted public, and private. This significantly expands the list of their potential applications. The invisible drawer lock can serve as a permanent security feature, for example, for a safe where we store important documents or valuables.
Two variants of public mode allow for multiple use of the safe by different users after a one-time registration. In this way, hidden cabinet locks can replace traditional keys, for example, in gyms, fitness clubs, and other sports facilities. The solution is also used in companies, where employees protect their belongings in this way.

( 2 ) Close the cabinet and register an RFID card/key fob or enter a PIN code (4-8 digits) to lock the cabinet.
( 3 ) Upon return, present the RFID card/key fob or enter the PIN code to unlock the cabinet, retrieve your items, and close the cabinet.
( 4 ) The cabinet is now open and available for the next user.

( 2 ) Upon return, present the RFID card/key fob or enter the PIN code to unlock the cabinet, retrieve your items, and close the cabinet.
( 3 ) The cabinet will remain unlocked until another user registers a new RFID card/key fob or PIN code (4-8 digits) to lock the cabinet. Any user can open the cabinet at any time without presenting an RFID card/key fob or entering a PIN code.

( 2 ) Upon return, present the RFID card/key fob or enter the PIN code to unlock the cabinet, take out / insert your items, and close the cabinet.
( 3 ) You do not need to re-register the RFID card/key fob or enter the PIN code to lock the cabinet.
