These Terms & Conditions set forth the operational framework governing order placement, shipping, product warranties, return protocols, and personal data management across our online store.

1. General Provisions & Seller Identification

2. Pricing, Taxation & Order Formation

• Billing Currency: All transactions, tax invoices, and product price listings are denominated and processed in Euros (EUR).
• Pricing Transparency: Product prices are displayed clearly as Net (excluding statutory VAT, standard for commercial B2B clients) and Gross (including VAT, standard for retail consumers).
• EU Consumer Orders (B2C): Applicable statutory VAT is charged at the Polish standard rate (23%) or the destination country’s VAT rate in compliance with the EU OSS (One-Stop Shop) scheme.
• Intra-Community B2B Supply (EU Companies): Verified EU business entities supplying an active EU VAT-ID (validated via the official VIES system) are invoiced at 0% VAT (Reverse Charge).
• Deliveries Outside the European Union (Export): Transactions shipped outside the EU are billed without EU VAT. Local customs duties, import clearance fees, and domestic tariffs remain the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
• Contract Formation: A legally binding sales agreement is concluded once the order is submitted and validated by our automated dispatch confirmation email.

3. Payment Methods

• Transit Times: Standard delivery throughout continental Europe typically requires 2–4 business days. Non-EU international delivery depends on regional freight connections and customs clearance.
• Consignment tracking details are issued automatically via email once the shipment leaves our logistics warehouse.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (B2C Consumers Only)

• In conformity with European Union consumer directives, individual consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase contract within 14 calendar days of parcel receipt without providing justification.
• Full guidelines, returns facility address, required product condition, and reimbursement procedures are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.
• The direct cost of returning the merchandise is borne by the Buyer.

6. Warranty & Technical Claims

• Commercial Hardware Warranty: We issue a 24-month warranty from the original invoice date on our portfolio, with one specified exception: the budget invisible lock model BIO-S8080A carries a 12-month warranty.
• Consumer Statutory Rights: This commercial warranty operates alongside and does not prejudice the statutory consumer rights regarding lack of conformity of goods under European consumer law.
• Defect Protocol: Should an item arrive damaged or malfunction during operation, notify our technical department promptly at sales@biofinger.pl stating the order number, defect summary, and documentation (photographs/video clips). Claims are assessed within 14 calendar days.

7. Commercial Terms for Business Clients (B2B)

For commercial transactions conducted with businesses, sole proprietors, or corporate entities (B2B):

• The statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal without cause is explicitly excluded.
• Our total financial liability for damages, dispatch delays, or component defects is strictly capped at the net invoice value of the disputed merchandise.
