Business process time registration and settlement constitutes a perfect supplement to our biometric (fingerprints) and/or proximity cards Time and Attendance systems, BIOFINGER-T&A or RFID-T&A, offered by our company Novo Capital Investment Sp. z o.o. (previously PTC SECURITY SYSTEMS).
Business process time registration is an ideal solution for all companies which need to settle the time of particular tasks performed by employees and intend to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the following areas:

registration and settlement of the time of production and manufacturing phases (scheduling)

registration and settlement of the time of business projects and processes

registration and settlement of the time of any tasks
In practice registration and settlement of the time of business processes looks as follows:

in the BIOFINGER/SW programme in the ACS/T&A system configuration module in the Business projects tab, the operator of the BIOFINGER/SW programme defines all names of tasks/business processes for which he assigns a 3-digit work code.
Each business process consists of two records in the BIOFINGER/SW programme, e.g: Soldering start: 111, Soldering end: 112, Programming start: 113, Programming end: 114, Any task start: 115, Any task end: 116, etc. -
an employee/user of the BIOFINGER-T&A or RFID-T&A system in the biometric or proximity card reader presses the functional button responsible for handling the work codes, selects the appropriate work code assigned to a given business process from the list and authorises with a finger or a proximity card

BIOFINGER/SW programme operator or BIOFINGER/SVR programme collects T&A records from all or selected biometric or proximity card readers memory and in the Working time settlement module in the Business projects part generates individual or collective reports for all or selected employees and for all or selected business processes.
The business process time recording and settlement system operates on the basis of biometric and proximity readers offered by our company for Time&Attendance (T&A) purposes, which have the ability to programme the so-called work codes and our proprietary software BIOFINGER/SW with an active Business projects module.

The majority of readers for Time&Attendance (T&A) purposes withdrawn from the manufacturer’s and our company’s offer (archive readers) also have the ability to handle work codes.
BIOFINGER.US10C or RFID.US10C biometric and proximity readers have 4 functional buttons: F1 • F2 • F3 • F4.
The standard configuration of functional T&A buttons looks as follows:

In case of using BIOFINGER.US10C or RFID.US10C series readers for business process time registration, it is necessary to programme the call of work codes under the F3 or F4 functional key:
