The BIO-S64G2 electronic lock for glass showcases is a modern and highly aesthetic solution designed to secure glass fronts in showcases, display cabinets, and exhibition cabinets. Thanks to a touch code panel mounted directly on the glass, the device eliminates the need for drilling holes or traditional mechanical keys, significantly increasing daily operational convenience and the security of stored items. The device is offered in white or black, allowing for an ideal match with the design and finish of any furniture piece.
Application and Functional Advantages
Designed for modern commercial, exhibition, and office spaces, this electronic lock for glass showcases integrates seamlessly with all-glass structures. It is suitable for jewelry stores, pharmacies, museums, and document cabinets, ensuring discretion and reliable operation. The device facilitates the daily work of personnel by eliminating the risk of losing keys and streamlining customer service. It can be successfully installed on both single and double glass doors (hinged/swing doors). Please note that the lock is not compatible with bypass sliding glass doors due to its dimensions and rotating latch mechanism.
Additional Security and Emergency Features
The lock is equipped with a code masking function, which allows entering random digits before or after the correct PIN code, effectively preventing bystander observation. In the event of entering an incorrect code five times, the device triggers an acoustic and visual alarm and locks the keypad for 5 minutes. Additionally, the lock signals a low battery voltage (below 2.5V), notifying the user of the need for replacement during subsequent unlocks. If the battery discharges completely, the lock can be powered externally using a powerbank connected to the integrated emergency port on the external panel.

Device Operating Modes
The BIO-S64G2 electronic lock for glass showcases offers four distinct operating modes, allowing the device’s function to be adapted to the individual needs of the venue:
- Private mode: A solution for permanent users. The lock opens after entering a permanent user code and automatically relocks 3 seconds after opening.
- Public mode: Ideal for public or temporary cabinets. Locking is done by entering any temporary code. Opening is done with the same code, after which the lock memory is cleared for the next user.
- Office mode: Allows free, multiple opening and closing of the showcase without the need to re-enter the PIN code each time (the lock remains unlocked until locked again with a code).
- Double key mode: A high-security variant, requiring two independent PIN codes (user code and service code) to be entered simultaneously to open the showcase.
